Greyscale w/ Gris Futuro • Melancholy Objects • 2026.09.17
Drawing from Susan Sontag’s view of melancholic objects as memento mori and remnants of the ephemeral, this episode transforms sound into a vessel of memory. A sonic selection of textures pulled from old tapes, navigating far-off horizons, dissolved voices, and moments of sensation, touch, and glances that slowly shipwreck in the sea, an inventory of distance, nostalgia, and infinite saudade.
